Potential Investments
21st Century Airship's Group of Companies have been in business conducting airship related research and development since 1988. They are financially sound enterprises that have developed the expertise for building and operating a new generation of airships. The R&D activities have resulted in new technologies that have solved the shortcomings of traditional airships, making them dramatically more cost efficient, both to manufacture and operate.
These new technologies are incorporated in the Voyager, a 19-passenger airship, purpose-designed for aerial sightseeing rides and the cornerstone of our plan to build a global aerial sightseeing ride business.
At present, the billion-dollar business of aerial sightseeing is serviced mainly by helicopters and to a lesser degree by airplanes and hot-air balloons.
The Voyager Airships will be operated in the most profitable aerial sightseeing markets worldwide and are expected to generate an exceptional return on capital for many years to come.
Although 21st Century Airship's Group of Companies have been profitable and debt free for many years, their internal cash flow is not yet enough to accommodate a rapid expansion. External funding is, therefore, necessary and a variety of financing options are currently being considered.
